Ahmed Musa Denies Gifting Cars to Kano Pillars Players, Officials

Nigerian international Ahmed Musa has refuted claims that he gifted cars to players and officials of Kano Pillars Football Club.

This follows his recent appointment as General Manger of the Northern club.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, Musa debunked the reports, stating: “It has come to my attention that false information is being circulated claiming that I distributed cars to players and officials following my appointment as General Manager of Kano Pillars Football Club.”

He described the claims as “untrue” and urged the public, media outlets, and social media users to verify information through credible sources before sharing.

The 32-year-old explained that spreading unverified news not only misleads the public but also undermines the integrity of the club and its leadership.

“Our focus remains on building a strong, disciplined, and successful team,” he added, expressing gratitude to the football community for their understanding and continued support.
