
Operatives of Abuja Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested thirty-seven (37) suspected internet fraudsters in the country’s capital.

The anti-corruption agency disclosed that the suspects were nabbed at Jahi, Dawaki and Gwarimpa axes of Abuja on Wednesday, March 6 following actionable intelligence about their activities.

It also stated that the items recovered from them include 6 vehicles, 20 laptops, 66 mobile phones, 6 international passports and 1 Apple wristwatch.

The Commission further said they will be charged to court after the completion of its findings.
