Gov. Sanwo-Olu Commissions 2 Facilities in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Friday commissioned two projects in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of the state.

According to Mr. Sanwo-Olu, the 170-unit Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights were built by the Chairman of the LCDA, Hon. Dele Oshinowo in order to regenerate and urbanise the area.

“Raymond Estate consists of 32 three-bedroom apartments, 16 four-bedroom apartments, and 16 two-bedroom apartments. Meanwhile, Sterling Heights features eight blocks of 64 flats, 32 terraces, and 10 semi-detached apartments,” he said.

The Governor stated that the benefits of projects like this are enormous and transformative, as they enhance the quality of life and allow citizens to feel the impact of government.
