President Tinubu Departs Abuja for Three-Week Vacation 

President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja for Europe to begin a three-week vacation on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, made this known in a statement, noting that the vacation is part of Tinubu’s annual leave.

Onanuga stated that President Tinubu’s first stop would be London, United Kingdom.

He added that the President is expected to return home after the “working vacation” to join what he described as a hectic campaign for the January 2027 election.
