‘Stop Challenging Armed Person to Shoot’, Lagos Police Spokesperson Advises Citizens

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has advised Lagosians and Nigerians alike to stop challenging armed person to shoot.

Hundeyin disclosed that an individual with a gun is majority, stressing that it is beyond police officers.

He explained that it is about any armed person, security forces as well as criminals.

“Ladies and gentlemen, especially the woke generation, for your safety, please stop: challenging/daring an armed person to shoot.

“Asking an armed person, in a daring manner, how many people he/she can kill. Attempting to disarm an armed person,” the PRO stated.

He added: “It never pans out well, nowhere in the world does it. A shot once fired can never be retrieved. A life once lost can never be brought back. Remember, one with gun is majority.”
