
The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the sector.
Capt. Chris Najomo, the Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) made this assertion during a training workshop held on October 20, 2025 at the Authority’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, which was facilitated by officials from the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), and coordinated by the Directorate of Human Resources and Administration.
The intensive training was aimed at deepening staff’s understanding of ethical obligations, strengthening adherence to the Code of Conduct for public officers, and promoting a culture of integrity across the organization.
Capt. Najomo, in his closing remarks, commended the CCB for its collaboration, pledging the Authority’s full adherence to the Code of Conduct.
The DGCA also announced plans to establish clear frameworks and pathways to guide employees in maintaining integrity and accountability in the discharge of their duties.
NCAA management team in attendance include the Director of Operations, Licensing & Training Standards; Capt. Donald Spiff; Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Michael Achimugu; Director of Human Resources and Administration; Dr. (Mrs.) Anastasia Gbem; Director of Corporate Services, Dr. (Mrs.) Rebecca Aghadinazu as well as some General Managers from various directorates.
