The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 40 suspected internet fraudsters in Nasarawa State.
EFCC disclosed that the suspects were apprehended by operatives of its Kaduna Zonal Directorate on Wednesday.
“Their arrest followed actionable intelligence linking them to suspected fraudulent activities.
“Items recovered from them include five laptops and 34 mobile phones,” the Commission stated.
It added that the suspects will be charged to court after investigations are concluded.
